Here you will find the terms & conditions that apply when purchasing at www.camacopenhagen.com.

You can order goods via our webshop www.camacopenhagen.com by placing them in the "basket", entering your customer information, choosing the shipping and payment method, accepting the terms & conditions and completing your order.
If you are in doubt about anything along the way or having technical dificulties, we are always ready to help.
If you have inquiries about goods that are sold out or that you can’t find in the shop, we are also happy to hear from you.
All prices on the page are including Danish VAT.
You have the following payment options on the website: MobilePay, Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB, Mastercard, Maestro
If the goods are shipped to countries outside the EU, you do NOT pay Danish VAT and can therefore deduct 20% from the price stated in the shop. You will be responsible for paying any VAT and customs when your goods are imported into your home country.
CAMA Copenhagen does not charge any fees when you shop at www.camacopenhagen.com. No amount can be deducted from your account other than the amount you have approved during your purchase on the webshop.

Pickup Point: DKK 35 delivered to a pickup point near you. Free shipping from 500 DKK
Home delivery: 45 DKK delivered right to your front door.
Delivery EU: 95 DKK when delivered to countries within the EU and Norway.

Price Match and 14 Day Price Guarantee
We offer price matches for all goods if you find them cheaper on another Danish webshop. Just write to us in the comments field when you place your order, and we will adjust the price.
In order to ensure a fair comparison, the following must be met in order to achieve price match:
- There must be exactly the same product (model and size)
- The product must be in stock on the webshop in question
- You must be able to document the price (for example in the form of a link or screen dump)
- It is the price including any. freight costs matched
- Price match does not apply to termination sales, Black Friday, package discount, max. 1 piece. per. customer, birthday offer or similar, as well as prices that require membership or some alternate form of payment, in order to access the offer.
As an extra guarantee for you when you choose to shop at camacopenhagen.com, you get a 14-day price guarantee.
If, within 14 days of sending your order, you find one or more goods cheaper elsewhere online according to the above criteria, then we will immediately refund the difference to your account. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You always have 14 days of right of withdrawal when shopping at camacopenhagen.com. The right of withdrawal occurs from the day you receive the item. You have the right to get the full amount (see below) + freight costs and return fees, however, you must pay the return freight yourself.
It is you as a customer who is responsible for the item you want to send back and for any damage and loss during the freight. We would therefore recommend that you send back goods as a package, as it can then be traced until it has arrived safely with us.
We do not accept COD packages.
The right of cancellation is only valid if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity and lapses wholly or partly if you use the product in such a way that the re-sale value of the goods drops significantly.
You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what has been described above, we regard it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must only try the product to the same extent as you would in a physical store. You can thus easily try the item, but do not take it in actual use.
The law on deficiencies may apply. In other words, you have the opportunity to get a discount in the price if you find that the item is suffering from a defect.
How to return to CAMA Copenhagen:

If something is wrong with the product you have bought from us, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, full or partisl refund of the purchase price, depending on the specific situation.
In case you wish to exercise your warranty, the goods are returned to:

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must exercise your warranty within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you contact us within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the warranty applies, we will send you a return label that covers freight costs.
When you return the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by COD.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging and retain receipts for any shipping fees so that we can possibly refund your shipping costs.
Information on complaint possibilities.
If you have a complaint about our customer service or about a product you have purchased from us, please feel free to contact us directly. We have not yet experienced that a case could not be resolved between the customer and us, and we always do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your experience when purchasing from us. Should we not be able to solve the situation against expectation, we must, according to the rules for online trading from 2016, inform you of the following:
A complaint about a product purchased at camacopenhagen.com can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can appeal to the Center for Complaints via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
